We also analyse your website by crawling through it in the same way a search engine might. We can then extract any information that can help train your new Agent or surface anything we need more clarity on. We can then collate a set of FAQs to make sure we’ve got everything answered. By the time we’ve got your new Agent ready to go live, it will know your business better than you do!

It takes approximately four to five weeks to get a new Agent up and running. Most of this time is spent learning everything we need to know about your business.

We assist with any technical set up that might be needed. We can integrate Reserve Ai Agents with your CRM system and we’ll make sure we have permissions configured to ensure our Agents are sending messages from your email domain, business WhatsApp, Messenger etc.

Whilst all the technical set up is ongoing, we start training and feedback with you. We run simulated conversations and this gives us a great opportunity to plug any knowledge gaps and make sure the Agent’s got your tone of voice perfect.

Once we’ve trained it on all your data, you talk to the Agent. We encourage all our customers to do anything in their power to break, trick or confuse the Agent (no one's managed it yet!) Nothing goes live until you’re completely confident.
